我現在每天游泳一小時左右(蛙式仰式為主現在在練自由式與蝶式)目的是減肥與健康想請問一下相關的飲食方法我已讀過網上的一些資料知道運動前後1-2小時最好不要吃東西若真的要吃也以少量為宜我想問運動前最好吃哪種食物?牛奶,麵包,蛋?運動後應該喝水還是運動飲料還是加蜂蜜的水或加鹽的水或者�
