練泰拳一個月了本來以為會變瘦一點結果發現好像只是原來的肥肉變緊變結實體重和外型看不太出來有瘦...雖然說體能變好很開心(仰臥起坐從做十個就快死掉到現在可以六七十個或更多也比較能跑步了)但是還是想要瘦一點...不要變壯啦><我是女生身高約163體重目前是49...想要瘦到四十六因為我的骨�
