最近暑假開始計畫增強自己的肺活量...並且希望可以曬的黑一點我最近大多是在中午約11~13點間騎自行車一小時...但是我發現似乎沒有像跑步那樣強烈的喘的感覺...這樣真的會增加肺活量嗎?至於曬黑的成果也沒有明顯的變化...請問大約要幾天或是曬幾個小時才會明顯的變黑呢?請問除了跑步.游泳之外�
