我是個熱愛運動的人!!所以我很喜歡伏地挺身,很享受那種酸的感覺,一次做的量,也逐漸增大,5下,10下,20下.30下,(我都是天天做)但有一天,我做到25下的時候,一陣刺痛從我手臂傳來,那種痛不是痠痛的痛,之後做伏地挺身都會很痛苦,不是酸是有點痛.....然後我就停止做了3~4個月吧!然後我又開始拉單槓,也是慢慢�
