我想減肥我想食量減小一點點,在靠運動我想多少有效吧我要減10公斤大概要多久?不過我只愛打羽毛球,走路ㄟ~!~!但我怕打羽毛球手臂會變粗(我現在就粗的很可怕)還有我運動都是早上,但我遇到了個問題早餐是要運動完吃還是運動前吃?有人說運動前吃運動時受不了運動完吃會發福的很嚴重還有我運動完洗
