我是男生20歲身高177體重61主要還是想要調整體質增重理想的體重是68(會太超過嗎?)最近常到公園跑步一開始很喘經過兩週後不喘了但是腳還是會酸酸的地方:大腿接近骨盆大腿後面接近關節我慢跑前都會做15-20分鐘的靜態操跟馬克操我會持續20-25分鐘慢跑不間斷在慢走個幾分鐘再繼續跑有時候腳很痠會想��
