運動如何做才能健康、而不受傷?我現在有空就會去跑步,內科醫生與中醫醫生都說要喘才算有真正運動到~只是我想還是問一下好了,我差不多是跑半圈走半圈(400的大學學校操場)伏力挺身與仰臥起坐,但不知怎麼了,前幾天肌肉拉傷,連呼吸都會痛~所以停了幾天,用冰敷然後再去看中醫,已經幾乎好��
