我在月刊上面看到,假諾早上做運動對身體不好,反倒是下午較好這是真的嗎???有證實嗎???還有我想請問,做運動做到酸痛,忍耐繼續做,之後較不痛了但每天都有繼續做運動,只是並沒有酸痛了,久之沒感覺了,這是精神麻痺?是這樣嗎??我們體育老師說,酸痛就停下來了,不然會受傷,�
