運動後的頭痛如何預防與處理 - 運動

如題,我的狀況如下:1.我有流汗:每次運動都換4-5件內衣.2.我有補充水(不是冰的):每次差不多喝1-2瓶運動飲料加3-5瓶水(600cc裝)3.在室外有太陽;夏天比冬天容易發生4.吃過普拿痛無效;喝二大杯綠茶或蜂蜜可以改善(也許是心理感覺)5.睡覺不會減輕症狀6.運動時間通常是早上7:00到12:00,有時在快結束時己經有徵兆
