大家好我是22歲女生身高153體重50看起來肉肉的不過我最近開始運動更是發現我每天都很想自己能運動長出好看健美的肌肉來所以更想運動了可是我過去20幾年都肉肉的而且減重失敗很多次感覺肌肉很難獲得.我之前國高中六年天天都騎一小時單車上學可是大腿沒什麼肌肉就只有小腿還ok.小腿瘦的還可以但
