我現在183公分104公斤不知道是生活上有甚麼微妙的平衡還是怎樣不管我在怎麼吃吃得再怎麼多體重永遠都在104上不去也下不來.......最近決心瘦下來打破104公斤的詛咒並且想要增長肌肉!所以最近有在做重訓!所以運動量方面我想是沒問題的!現在暑假到了希望可以在2個月的時間裡重新養成新的飲食習��
