請問一下要怎練胸肌跟六塊肌除了有氧運動那跑步可以嗎?和仰臥起坐之類的重量訓練外還要什麼?還有1組是幾次?看很多人說要幾組幾組的練然後要休息奪久?因為有時做仰臥起坐坐100下後隔天就腹部痛痛的..還有飲食要吃些什麼勒高蛋白的東西?豆漿和蛋可以嗎~麻煩告訴我一下該怎訓練或開個菜單給我拜�
