我是女生、25歲,身高162體重原本52KG左右,但自從1月初開始運動減肥,結果體重增加到54KG、但是腰、臀的尺寸縮小,這是什麼原因?我希望我的體重能夠下降到48~50KG左右!我該如何做運動?另外,我吃的食物都正常,並無吃過多或過少,謝謝
