之前看BODY雜誌@@~他有提到~早上坐二十分鐘的運動~就可以持續燃燒(當然要保持動的狀態)一直有個問題...Q~~因為早上會吃早餐~那早上的運動...要選在早餐前還是早餐後??早餐前做怕坐完去吃早餐會吸收更多熱量(不知道會不會==")餐後做不知道會有什麼影響可是好像會對胃不好@@剛吃完飯就做運動還可能
