以前我很喜歡運動,也曾經為了培養體能,不斷訓練自己(如:每天慢跑2000~5000m-->做體適能(仰臥起做,伏地挺身之類)接著-->打籃球1hr~2hr)持續有一兩年之久,那時候感覺整天體力都是顛峰,也沒特別累,直到有一天發生全身性的肌肉酸痛,但這次不是普通的肌肉酸痛,光用手掌輕輕滑過皮膚表�
