我身高162體重6817歲如果我天天做仰臥起坐伏地挺身還有舉6公斤的小啞鈴大概要擠下持續多久才可能有肌肉呢還是說太胖的人練不出肌肉??因為我很愛吃東西所以有點胖..想練練肌肉身材會好看一點有辦法嗎??大概要做幾下做多久??不要跟我說去健身房哦謝謝
