最近跟我同事想要一起運動,主要是因為做辦公室太久,感覺屁股都變大了QQ但是上班族就是下班都很晚,假日只想睡到飽…..不知道有沒有甚麼運動適合辦公室OL,少少的時間運動也OK…而且因為我以前小時候腳踝有受過傷,希望運動時能夠有教練帶著,可是一般健身房教練好像都需要另外請,很貴又��
