生理期間想要做個運動,總是很不便:游泳---不行慢跑---肚子痛呼啦圈---我腰夠細了,想雕塑下半身!!羽毛球或網球---有時並不見的可成雙成對的瑜珈---很想做,但重點是沒學過,一點都不會因此,到底有那些較溫和的運動適合生理期做的呢,謝謝!!
