我重訓完後通常會立刻做30分鐘的有氧又因為大家都說重訓完30~45分鐘喝高蛋白飲品是最佳時間所以通常有氧完後因為高好也重訓過後30分鐘了會直接補充高蛋白飲品我都是1匙30克的粉配200~300CC的牛奶這樣喝下去會不會造成有氧都白做了呢??因為高蛋白本身熱量就不低加上牛奶算是高熱量的飲品會不會有��
