各位大大小弟我191公分,但體重只有74公斤現在1.3.5中午都會重訓目前菜單:腹部彎曲臀部內收圓孤式:肩部推舉,滑輪下拉,上背訓練,胸部推舉,上斜腿部推舉,滑輪下拉機肱二頭肌彎曲機腰部旋轉機現在最大肌力已經測完都已80%推算下去訓練重訓每次重訓都會做過三輪,才會放過自己ˊˋ~現在才頭一個禮拜而已,
