小弟因為還頗瘦的,想說練一下肌肉看起來會壯一點,之前是都有做伏地挺身持續好一陣子,但是覺得自己還是平平的,據說要做重量訓練才能有效鍛鍊肌肉,所以1.伏地挺身或是仰臥起坐這種不是借助器材的就不是重訓囉?2.那使用啞鈴就可以算是重量訓練?3.想練出胸肌或是腹肌,有啥好方法,要配合高蛋白質的�
