我在做重訓與慢跑的練習希望自己可以同時擁有壯碩的肌肉和優異的體能但是我每次都跑10公里會不會因為有氧運動時間過長而\"減小\"肌肉的尺吋?好像也沒有見過肌肉男跑馬拉松的?請問如何兼顧肌肉和體能?
