剛重訓的初學者...請問我已經休息48小時後肌肉仍感到痠(腿)請問這樣可以繼續照表訓練?會降低效果嗎?還是說應該減少組數?另外一個問題如果要練爆發力=大重量.快速度.低次數.低組數要練肌肉大塊的話=大重量.慢速度.多次多組這樣對嗎?還有聽說做完腿後做有氧(慢跑)可以減輕痠痛的現象那是要在做完��
