我今年從高中畢業,因為去年在努力念書,所以變胖了10公斤。在這個暑假的時候,我打算努力減肥。我到現在已經健身了2個星期了。每次健身都先跑30分鐘,然後再做一些重量訓練(像是仰臥起坐、舉啞鈴等等之類的)。腹部跟手部的肌肉是有點明顯的增加,但是我卻發現自己的體重還是維持一樣。我大
