我是個不怎麼胖但想透過重量訓練來讓肌肉發達的人.每次做完重訓隔天,肌肉都會極度酸痛,不知是做過量了,還是沒專業指導員在旁指導,我都不知該如何調整自己適合的重量.我想肌肉酸痛應該是不正常的現象吧!我做重訓的方式主要是肌肉痠了就休息,沒有特定說要做幾下,而且每次都二頭肌,三頭肌,腹肌.�
