我做重訓大概一個多月了....我身高172-175體重74爬過很多文...還是不清楚基酸高蛋白蒜精...我想要先讓自己的肌肉有線條...等有線條後才考慮是否要增重...不過...我怕會過重...線條練出來後會變瘦嘛?現在都正常飲食...考慮以上三種食品是否該攝取...一個禮拜做2-3次重訓...希望各位大大可以幫忙...(越詳細�
