我最近這兩三個月開始做重訓我的做法是剛好配合學校一個禮拜連做五天然後連續休息兩天我每天每台重訓機器都做啞鈴我也會做所以全身幾乎都有練到不過我還是主要以做上半身為主每台機器我前面先做2組12下第3組再加10磅做到沒力這幾個月下來力氣增加了不少每台機器都進步了快40磅但有人說不能��
