高三量身高的時候就發現有倒抽的現象177.6→177.0大學剛入學量176.X爲了打籃球而去做重訓~上學期,偶而有做重訓大約一星期兩次這學期,練的比較勤,大約一星期三次結果.....今天量175.7我重訓是在重訓室做,就是有很多器材的那種,我每次幾乎所有都有做過至少一次做之前和之後都有做充分的拉筋但��
