問各位有在健身的人小弟有些疑問舉例(史密斯臥舉)本來訓練重量最重那組可達180磅但我覺得我的姿勢不夠標準為了加以修正我把重量最重那組調整到約140磅練了約一個月一周胸部練的次數為2天每次為時約1~2小時但我漸漸發現我的肌力好像下降嘗試推160磅相當吃力沒有借力根本做不了幾下是為什麼呢是�
