之前是聽人家說運動一個禮拜作六天至少有一天要休息,然後有人說仰臥起坐跟伏地挺身要天天作才比會有效果。又有聽人說仰臥起坐跟伏地挺身跟舉啞鈴這些要交替作,如今天舉啞鈴跟作伏地挺身隔天換作仰臥起坐這樣輪流交替,每天訓練不同的肌肉。我有點迷惑了到底是要天天一次全做完還是輪流�
