在國中時期,我因為不知道過度鍛鍊身體會長不高,直到ㄌ高中一年級我才了解,而我也直接中斷 但...我身體體力卻慢慢減退,我想請問一下各位,如果我每天放學回家後,伏地挺身一天大約可以做幾下,仰臥起作? 我希望能夠在運動下還能夠不妨礙長高~~
