小弟有兩個5磅的啞鈴不知道夠不夠用?我現在每天站姿彎舉1組20每天7組仰臥起坐一組20下每天5組伏地挺身一組20下每天5組還有關於小腿部份的肌肉要怎麼練??墊腳尖有用嗎??關於每天這樣的訓練夠不夠??不夠的話請在幫我做一下修改還有前幾天不知道為什麼左手三頭肌會痛貼藥膏都沒有好已經3.4天了該怎�
