最近因為加入校隊發現大家都很壯只有我沒啥肌肉然後練習賽時在籃下卡位我被推一下就開了我有蹲下來卡可是對方190又超壯想說練壯一點這樣才有對抗性我身高187體重80請問該怎麼練呢?請別叫我去健身房我沒摳摳我家是有1對啞鈴4公斤的(可合並的那種)之前都舉200下好像看不太出效果只稍微有點形狀我
