如標題我想要鍛鍊線條型肌肉(胸肌.腹肌.手臂)通常都看到一堆人要鍛鍊但都很大塊==!!本人並不想要我有點"腫腫"地但不會太腫仰臥起坐可做60~80下(1次)伏地挺身10~20<---不常做目前國1平常要補習沒空做大概周末時間或早上(20分鐘)飲食並不會暴飲暴食也比較沒有常運動習慣問題1.胸腹部要如河段練?
