先說明一下~我呢是一個長期處於減重的人今年28歲女性己經有一年半的時間在騎飛輪室內腳踏車每天都騎50分至1小時在怎樣沒有時間每天都會騎30分以上運動過程中心跳達130以上才能減重維持30分鐘以上我每天運動都會很拼...我今天去全家便利商店門口有免費測量血壓值及脈搏我測出的血壓為90/137脈搏為
