我現在16歲高二,我的父親163cm母親154cm,我自己則是163cm,我還想再長高,我的媽媽有固定燉一種中藥(長高)給我喝,是有效果,但姑且不論那些..請問我飲食方面該攝取些什麼東西比較有幫助長高?和做哪些運動(若排除籃球),and我本身有在舉亞鈴跟練腹肌(仰臥起坐),這些會影響長高嗎?��
