開始運動~體脂肪卻增加了?? - 運動

開始跳有氧舞蹈以後,身體變緊實,但是體重沒多大改變,體脂肪卻增加1~3%...這是正常嗎?還是減錯地方了??@@想瘦的是體脂肪~有什麼好建議嗎!!!??
