1.我手部非常的沒力氣,打籃十球10球5球都是麵包,是否能教我如何增強我的手部肌肉?2.我並沒有很胖,不過有小腹有點凸耶,我每天都有做仰臥起坐50下,並沒有很明顯變小,是不是還有其他方法?謝謝你
