我想問說~比如我在家做伏地挺身我現在一次都做三十下...休息兩分鐘左右...在做這樣反覆三遍...因為我看網路上介紹的...這樣好像稱做一組這樣做會比...我做30下~~~然後間隔好一段時間在做還有效嗎!?然後我要問說跳繩聽人家說每天跳一千下~~會瘦所謂一千下是一次跳完嗎我都分成五百下~~跳兩次~~~~下午
