關於仰臥起坐&伏地挺身 - 運動

因為最近體重與肚子日漸增多.....但是日常沒甚麼時間去運動所以就想要睡前做仰臥起坐和伏地挺身(伏地挺身是為了讓臂力增大)所以大概持續了每天睡前仰臥起坐60~100下但看人家說不要以為做很多就會有效所以我想請問一下我該怎麼辦我學校一分鐘仰臥起坐41下我國一另外可以給我伏帝挺身的正確作法�
