Q1仰臥起坐是飯前做還是飯後做比較好?Q2白天做還是晚上還是中午還是幾點幾分做比較好啊?Q3仰臥起坐都要一個人幫忙壓腿那我想請教一個人獨自做要用什麼壓腿啊?例如啞鈴還是很重的東西希望各位大大能提個重量剛剛好又不會壓傷腿的東西Q4頻率是要怎樣才能達到運動的效果?是一個星期7天每天都要做
