關於仰臥起坐練腹肌 - 健身

想請問有在健身的人我目前做的健身步驟有沒有錯誤?我比較想要努力鍛鍊的部分是腹肌一星期大約做3~4天1.仰臥起坐板1組20下休息30秒繼續做下一組做到20組為止等於200下2.抬腿向上1組30下共5組等於150下(這是練下腹肌嗎?)3.啞鈴側彎1組30下共5組等於150下(練側腹肌?)練完後20分鐘在喝一大杯的低脂鮮奶請問�
