我每天晚上11點左右就開始做運動伏地挺身1組25下4~5組(腳墊在椅子上做)啞鈴左右手3種姿勢1組13下4~5組(20磅的)做了1個多禮拜了但是最近幾天做伏地挺身右胸口會有些痛下去時不知道是不是呼吸問題我最後4~5下快沒力時都會憋氣快速做完還有這兩天我伏地挺身換成腳在地上做才做不到10下就感覺很吃力怎�
