伏地挺身原本可以做25下左右(手開開的左右手臂成一條線)可是到社團後他要求我們雙臂夾緊的做(手閉緊成平行)先趴下撐住20秒左右在上來反覆四次再30下基本上趴第二之後起來就沒力撐住要先趴下去再撐起來30下都是整個不標準酸痛不能彎超過90度到週休二日不酸痛了可是可是還是有無力感連一下開開��
