我的伏地挺身好像做了兩年的樣子卻進步很少而且我好像有卡住次數都沒進步一年多的時候我有發問過那時候我能做到32下左右卡住很久了後來因為發問有人說我只是第一組把爆發力用完所以伏地挺身只能進步到一定後來我知道了他叫我分組平均做我後來改成1組20下現在則是一口氣能做40下有進步了沒錯
