您好!請問使用重量訓練的健身器材時:(1)重量輕做比較多下的效果好,還是重量重做比較少下的效果好?(2)做的比較快的效果好,還是做的比較慢的效果好?(3)天天做是不是不見得效果會比較好?讓肌肉休息一兩天可能效果會更好,是這樣子嗎?
