我想要買啞鈴但不知道多重的比較好我18歲190公分70公斤平常有固定伏地挺身和仰臥起坐等小運動想用它練一點胸肌和臂肌(以前在健身房是拿5或6kg的)現在想要買來自己用不知道10P的可不可以?或是有什麼關於啞鈴的其他建議也歡迎發表還有請問啞鈴還可以怎麼用?練哪些地方?問題有點多謝謝各位:)...Showmor
