回答的朋友們好...我身高185體重92最近想開始練肌肉,可是怕自己的姿勢不正確。以下我有幾個問題想請教...感謝:1.啞鈴該放哪才可以練到胸上肌和胸下肌呢?(還有正確的姿勢感謝!!)2.該每天做幾次每次幾下呢?3.須要先排出大量的汗嗎??(當作暖身)4.做完前後需要吃甚麼嗎?5.要吃油脂嗎?還是蛋白質??(會影響
