關於重訓的問題,哪邊需要改進 - 健身

我健身已經有好長一段時間了(在家中自行舉啞鈴,伏地挺身,仰臥起坐......,從未去過健身房)雖然外表看起來看的出有線條,有練過但是肌肉卻還是軟軟的,胸肌也不夠結實,不夠硬必須要出力才會有硬硬的感覺我想請位各位我是哪邊出錯了?有哪邊需要改進?請各位能夠給我詳解謝謝...Showmore
