請問一下我慢跑減肥一次的時間25-35分鐘左右夠長嗎?如果我跑15分鐘休息3分鐘(快走)在跑15分鐘根直接跑30分鐘效果差很多嗎?我每次跑完步之後做重訓效果會變差嗎還是?多練一些肌肉是不是消耗脂肪會比較多?如果很晚睡很晚起真的效果會變差很多嗎不管是減肥或練肌肉?
